How long does it take to receive my plan?
Most plans are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after receiving complete information and payment confirmation.

Can I request changes to the plan?
Yes. Minor modifications based on your original requirements can be requested after reviewing the initial concept plan.

Is the plan suitable for construction?
The plans provided are conceptual plans intended for preliminary planning and visualization.
Before construction, you must obtain detailed architectural drawings, structural design, municipal approvals, and any other approvals required by local authorities.

Can you design plans for any plot size?
Yes. We can prepare concept plans for:

Will I receive a CAD or AutoCAD file?
No. The standard packages include PDF delivery only.

No. The plans provided by EasyGharPlan AI are not municipal approval drawings and should not be submitted directly for approvals.

We can provide conceptual plans for plots located in many countries. However, local building regulations and approval requirements must always be verified by local licensed professionals.
